Free shipping for all Australian Orders.

Online orders are dispatched within 7 business days with Australia Post. When the order has been dispatched an email notification containing your tracking details will be sent to the nominated email address.

Please note that orders containing more than one item may be split into several deliveries.

Australia Post will endeavour to fulfil any special delivery instructions, however in the event they cannot, and no one is home to accept the goods, a card will be left in the mailbox detailing next steps of collection/redelivery.

To ensure you receive your parcel on time we recommend you select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for it from 9am to 5pm.

If delivering to a business address please include the business name.

New Zealand

Flat rate $18 shipping for all orders to New Zealand.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds and Exchanges can only be processed if the item is unworn, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please download our Return/Exchange Form here.

Refunds are available for full priced merchandise only (including full priced promotional merchandise) within 21 days of the order date. In accordance with relevant legislation we will provide refunds on manufacturing faults. We do reserve the right to repair or replace after our qualified assessment of the item/s.

Exchanges are available for all merchandise within 21 days of the order date. We DO NOT offer refunds on SALE MERCHANDISE and we DO NOT offer credit notes. Should you wish to exchange a SALE MERCHANDISE item for a lower priced item, please note that we do not refund the remaining spend.

You are welcome to exchange for any style/colour/size to equal or greater value as original spend. If the item is of greater value we will contact you to arrange payment for the difference.

For health reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

You can REFUND/EXCHANGE an item 2 ways:

1. At your nearest store

Items must be in their original packaging (this includes the shoebox) and items accompanied with original invoice.

2. Via post to Head Office

Items must be in their original packaging (this includes the shoebox) and items must be accompanied with original invoice.

Items must be accompanied with completed Returns Slip noting if it is for a return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original payment. Please note for International orders this will be excluding postage.

If you purchase two items during the 50% off 2nd Pair Promotion and choose to return one item, the item you do keep will revert to full price, and this will be reflected in your refund.

Once processed you will be notified via email.

Whilst our Customer Service team endeavours to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving the goods, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
