TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.
Should this be missing, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.

SPLIT ORDERS

We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

In the event of a split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

DELIVERY & COST

All Jo Mercer Online orders are dispatched from us within 1 - 2 business days.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

To ensure safe arrival of your online order we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel between 9 am to 5 pm.

When delivering to a business address please include the business name.

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require signature. Should no one be present to accept the delivery, a card will be left detailing the next steps of collection.

Express Post next business day delivery covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

All costs for international orders associated with delivery, returns and exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

All international orders are dispatched with Express Post and will require signature.

While we endeavour to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where dispatch may be delayed due to increased volume of orders.

Dispatch of orders may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment and/or address information is required prior to dispatch.
