Item is unworn, in saleable condition and in its original Jo Mercer packaging
You can reuse your Jo Mercer satchel to post your returns back. Please ensure your return label is secured to your package.
Please note, items that have been worn or do not have their tags and original packaging may be rejected. If you have a faulty item, please contact us at hello@jomercer.com.au or call on us 1300 855 045.
