RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for our refunds and exchanges policy.

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to amend or cancel it.

For any Jo Mercer product purchased outside of a Jo Mercer store (for example, purchases from The Iconic), the exchange or refund must be processed at the original place of purchase.

In-store Lay-bys cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2 WAYS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. VIA POST

Please download and complete our returns form.

Once complete reuse your Jo Mercer satchel and deliver your return to:

Ensure your return form in is your return parcel.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged, with both your address and Jo Mercer's return address clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.

We recommend sending your return parcel back by registered post as Jo Mercer will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

2. AT YOUR NEAREST STORE

Visit any Jo Mercer store with your Jo Mercer tax invoice (attached to your order confirmation email) and our friendly store team will assist.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on ALL MERCHANDISE, subject to the below.

In order to successfully exchange your order, your items must meet the following 3 rules

RULE 1

Australian/New Zealand

Within 30 days of purchase date

International

Within 45 days of purchase date
RULE 2

Item is unworn, in saleable condition and in its original Jo Mercer packaging

RULE 3

Your Jo Mercer Tax Invoice and Confirmation email is accompanied by the exchanged merchandise

Should your exchange item be of greater value, customer service will be in contact to arrange payment for the difference.

Should you wish to exchange a Sale/Markdown item for a lower priced item, please note that we do not refund the remaining spend.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds on FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE, subject to the below.

In order to successfully refund your order, your items must meet the following 4 rules

RULE 2

Item is unworn, in saleable condition and in its original Jo Mercer packaging

RULE 3

Item is Full Price. Full Price items purchased with a promotional discount, such as 20% off Storewide, are also eligible.

RULE 4

Your Jo Mercer Tax Invoice and Confirmation email is accompanied by the exchanged merchandise

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.

Refunds must be processed in the same manner as purchased, through the same tender type.

We endeavour to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your bank to clear the funds.

If you purchase two items during the 50% off 2nd Pair Promotion and choose to return one item, the item you do keep will revert to full price, and this will be reflected in your refund.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

If you have a faulty item, please contact us at hello@jomercer.com.au or call us on 1300 855 045. In accordance with relevant legislation, we will provide refunds on manufacturing faults. We do reserve the right to repair or replace after our qualified assessment of the items.

PAYPAL RETURNS

We require 3 forms of I.D. to initiate a PayPal return.

1. A valid ID such as drivers licence or passport
2. Proof of purchase on your mobile device or printed
3. Credit Card - The name listed on credit card must match customer on provided proof of purchase and ID
