Once you have placed an order, we are unable to amend or cancel it.
For any Jo Mercer product purchased outside of our Australian stores (for example, purchases from The Iconic, eBay, Catch and Ozsale), the exchange or refund must be processed at the original place of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, once a Nail Polish or Stockings/Tights has been opened we cannot exchange or refund the item.
All online refunds, exchanges and store credits are processed via our returns portal Loop.
If you opt for an exchange, the exchange amount equates to the RRP of the product purchased, regardless of the promotional price you may have paid. E.g. If you are returning a $199.95 item, purchased for $159.96, you’re exchange value will be $199.95. This bonus credit is non-transferrable, non-refundable and is only issued if your exchange order equates to or exceeds the original purchase amount.
If you choose to be refunded, the purchase amount, minus a $10 shipping fee, will be reimbursed onto your original payment method.
If you select store credit, the original purchase amount will be issued as a gift card to be used online or in-store at Jo Mercer.

Your returns address must be a street address, not a PO Box or parcel locker.
We encourage you to reuse your Jo Mercer satchel, ensuring your label is securely attached.
Please note, if you don't have a printer, Australia Post can print your label for you.
Drop off the package to your nearest Australia Post location.
Please download and complete our returns form.

Ensure your return form in is your return parcel.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged, with both your address and Jo Mercer's return address clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.
We recommend sending your return parcel back by registered post as Jo Mercer will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.
Please note, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Visit any Jo Mercer store with your Jo Mercer tax invoice (attached to your order confirmation email) and our friendly store team will assist.
The arrival date is when we expect to receive the styles in our Australian warehouse, which may be subject to change. Once a style arrives in our warehouse, we will then dispatch your pre-order as a priority.
Please note our standard returns policy applies for all pre-orders, with our 30-day return period commencing on the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
Refunds must be processed onto the original payment method.
We endeavour to process refunds within 4 business days of receiving your parcel. Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
If you purchase two items during the 50% off 2nd Pair Promotion and choose to return one item, the item you do keep will revert to full price, and this will be reflected in your refund.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
If you have a faulty item, please contact us at hello@jomercer.com.au or call us on 1300 855 045. In accordance with relevant legislation, we will provide refunds on manufacturing faults. We do reserve the right to repair or replace after our qualified assessment of the items.
