"While I love how these shoes look, and they’re super comfotable. After 2 weeks of owning these shoes the sole started to pull away from the shoe at the toe and heel. Given this was only on one shoe, I believe I likely recieved a defective item. However, when I reached out to customer service about this I was only offered a small donation towards repair which given how quickly the fault occurred didn’t feel quite right. While I would still say these are nice shoes, I’d suggest buying these in person to check the quality before purchasing."
