All orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days from the time of ordering. Please note that our warehouse doesn't ship on non-business days or Australian public holidays.
We understand that mistakes with your order can happen, so we'll try our best to amend any changes prior to shipping time. Please reach out to the customer service team at hello@jomercer.com.au if any amendments are required on your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Note that this is not always a possibility, so please check your product details and shipping information prior to submitting your order.

Tracking your order:
We are currently using Australia Post for all orders. You will be able to use Australia Post Tracking to track your parcel. Please note that this may take up to 24hours to show detailed movements of your order. If an alternative shipping method is required, please contact the team at hello@jomercer.com.au.
Partially received order:
All orders are shipped from the closest location that has the items in stock. As a result, your order may be split into multiple parcels with different delivery times. Only one tracking number will appear in your confirmation but our customer service team can assist in tracking all items. Just contact us at hello@jomercer.com.au.
Order shipped back:
Your order may have been returned to our warehouse for numerous reasons. This may be due to failure of parcel collection, incorrect address/delivery details or failure to sign. Jo Mercer is not responsible for shipping on orders returned to our warehouse and the shipping will be subtracted from the total order refund once processed.
Signing for delivery:
All domestic and international Jo Mercer orders require a signature upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Pre orders:
Pre-order shipping dates are listed on each product page. These dates may vary by colour so please check the shipping information for the exact colour you are ordering. If you can’t find the shipping date or need clarification, contact our team at hello@jomercer.com.au.
When your pre-order item is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. Delivery dates can occasionally change, so please keep this in mind when placing a pre-order. If your order includes multiple items, your pre-order item will be shipped separately.
Our standard returns policy applies to all pre-orders. The 30-day return period begins on the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Lost/stolen parcels:
Please ensure you provide a safe and secure shipping address for your delivery. Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, Jo Mercer cannot take responsibility for any missing or stolen items.
