"Just received my shoes today. Ordered on the 16/11 dispatch information on the 17/11. Nothing arrived. After 2 weeks decided it was a concern. Aus post had not received it. Rang 1300 number five times only to have no response! Also tried to communicate via AI. Ended up ringing Fountain gate store and had the Lovely Jackie listen to my enquiring (rant) about my order. Gave the details which she promptly followed up! The despatch happed fairly quickly followed by express post. I do not blame the Xmas rush for any of this. Someone buggered up. Thank goodness for Jackie who sorted it out for me. The purchase did not even come from her store but she was very helpful. So Jo Mercer I hope you appreciate your staff as Jackie is one of a kind!"

Since they are made of suede, I spray them with a water repellent for suede leather before wearing, which has helped me avoid any issues with the material. It is a classic style and I love it."
